Immaculate Cape Cod-Inspired Spencer House in Sandwich

Most enjoyable - we loved our visit to Sandwich, short though it was. Positive: We were very happy with the property - it was very comfortable and extremely central. Negative: The bathroom was the only problem because the layout was poor -the washbasin could have been boxed in better to provide a surface to put things near the washing facility. Also the surface of the shower was extremely slippery when wet and there was no grab handle. We had to purchase a shower mat.

A lovely, peaceful retreat Positive: My son was unwell so we asked if we could check in early and they arranged that immediately. The house couldn’t be in a better location. The garden was charming. The whole place was lovely and the hosts were super. Thank you!

Positive: The house is in a very good location in central Sandwich. All the bedrooms are comfortable and there is plenty of living space. The kitchen is well stocked. It was very clean.

Negative: The battery for the smoke alarm failed on our last evening and constantly beeped, the radiator valve in bedroom 1, there is a slow dripping leak enough to make a very small wet patch on the carpet, it looks as if it has been happening for some time

Positive: The location of the property and the layout. Negative: The fact that the landing window did not close which is ok in the warmer weather but not ideal when the weather is/was cooler.
