The Coach House, The Haywain, Bramling, Canterbury

Good location but attention to detail could be improved. Positive: Milk, bread, butter, jams, cakes and biscuits provided on arrival. The location was great for all the places we planned to visit. Parking was right outside the door. The nearest pub was right next door (although it closed at 4pm on Sunday and didn't open again until Wednesday). Handy farm shop a few minutes drive away. Negative: The toilet seat was loose and fell apart during our visit. Neither television worked properly. The people on site were aware of the problems and did their best to help but neither problem actually got fixed. Wifi was patchy. An air fryer, microwave, double hob and toaster were provided but you had to choose which one to plug in. They could all have done with a clean.

Positive: It was absolutely delightful with a most excellent traditional English pub next door with very helpful and friendly staff. Negative: There wasn't anything to dislike.

Lovely. Positive: We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. Really nice touch having fresh crusty loaf and home made jam waiting for us, thank you.
